1st Line Support/Help Desk/Service Desk Analyst

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the end user base with all 1st Line and some 2nd Line queries. Being responsible for resolving hardware issues such as printers/PC's. You will need to ensure all issues are logged onto the ticket system.
Technology wise you will have experience of Windows OS, Windows Server 2012-2016, Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory. If you have any networking knowledge or experience working with Linux this would definitely be a bonus!
