2nd Line Support - Citrix & Vmware - Outside IR35 - 6 Months - £250 - £350
Work for the leading Cloud Provider within the Legal Sector. High profile customers, cutting edge technology and experience providing a White Glove Service. Must have experience supporting multiple customers at a 2nd line level across Citrix technologies. Key Skills:
- Citrix - XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer.
- VMware.
- Veeam / Hyper-V
- O365 / Azure - NICE TO HAVE
Responsibilities
- Provide second level support to clients.
- You will support the 1st and 2nd line teams to resolve issues that come into the Service Desk.
- Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined service level targets.
- Complete relevant and skilled investigations, before escalating to 3rd.
