2nd Line Support | Windows 10 | MacOS | Slack | Jamf | £280 | 6 Months | London.

Talent has partnered with a dynamic fast growing prestigious organisation, who're looking for Windows 10 and MacOS as a 2nd Line Support Engineer. Working within a team your role essentially is to assist to resolve any hardware or software problems by providing any necessary desk training and advice. Additionally, ensuring that all calls and enquiries are answered and logged correctly.

The successful 2nd line support engineer will have:

  • 1st and 2nd line support experience
  • Desktop, Servers, Hardware and Software experience
  • Experience of supporting and using Windows 10 Enterprise, Mac and MacOS
  • Understanding and Experience of Networking
  • Managing Dell XPS Desktops/Laptops using Microsoft Intune
  • Managing & enrolling Mac devices into Jamf
