Are you and experienced NHS Application Support Analyst / Engineer looking for your next assignment? My client is a NHS organisation based in London. They are looking to appoint an interim for an initial 3 month assignment.
Providing application support for the organisation
Carry out first/second line support and systems administration tasks on and assist with User Acceptance Testing and implementation for upgrades to supported Applications
Provide second-line support for the IT user population and responsible for day today support and management of a number of clinical applications
Provide second and third level support to these including the operation of a clinical systems helpdesk function. You will manage calls, maintain an accurate and timely record of all reported incidents, workarounds and resolutions within the IM&T Service Desk.
NHS / healthcare experience is essential to be considered
A deep knowledge of clinical applications
Recent hands on application support experience
Expert knowledge of Window 10 and Microsoft Office Applications is essential
Excellent communication skills
Highest levels of customer services
Experience supporting the implementation of processes to support change requests, including understanding of the change request, offering evaluation of the impact and communicating back to the change requester.
