Application Support Engineer - Windows Server / T-SQL / Jira - Remote Working - £40k
A rapidly growing B2B Software As A Service business are looking for an Application Support Engineer with strong Windows Server, T-SQL, Jira (or Atlassian) experience to support their client base with high level customer service and issue investigation and resolution.
The business (who have amazing staff retention due to the way they treat, nurture and grow their staff) are going through an incredible transformation so getting in at this time will be a great opportunity. You will be exposed to some of the best developers, security and business change professionals in the industry so will learn a huge amount.
On top of this it is entirely remote working, apart from once a quarter where you will be paid to fly to the headquarters for a social event.
Experience with working on a service desk with phone, e-mail and mobile support is essential. Assisting with a variety of application specific issues (related to T-SQL, Windows Server, IIS), investigating the issues and providing a resolution. You will have experience working to SLA's, prioritising and escalating issues, liaising with technical teams (development and support). Experience with Jira, Atalassian or similar is required. You must also have amazing customer service skills!
