Suitable Business Analysts need the below skills:
- 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst
- Experience of working in a life and pensions environment
- Experience in full project lifecycle having been involved in system implementation or enhancement projects
- Knowledge of life and pensions administration systems
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology
- Experienced in the use of JIRA and Sharepoint
- Have Basic SQL knowledge
- Experienced in Business Process Modelling
- Have knowledge of data migration
