Responsibilities:

• Able to engage, understand and document the Business ideas in a clear and appropriate format so to be easily understood by both the Business community and IT / CDTO delivery teams

• Responsible for ensuring that the captured Business requirements fully represents the agreed Business need and continue to track applicability throughout the delivery cycle to ensure the delivered solution is accepted
• Able to balance the requirements against what is technologically feasible, financially and functionally practicability while the organisation is going through a substantial transformation programme

• Experienced in producing process diagrams (As Is & To Be)
• Capable of simplifying processes, removing bottlenecks and supporting the production of delivery options for cost-effective, fit for purpose solutions.
• Capable of understanding and mapping the entire business system requirement at an overview / conceptual level
• Able to assist Business colleagues in the production of User Acceptance Testing scripts to ensure that appropriate testing is carried out
• A quick learner with excellent stakeholder management skills is required

The Person:

• SQL skills, ability to understand existing SQL packages, procedures and queries.
• A logical approach to enable thorough testing, to ensure integrity of new or edited scripts and reports.
• Passed at least two modules of the Diploma in Business Analysis
• Well-presented and professional, an excellent communicator, very client focussed with good interpersonal skills
• Work well under pressure and be adept at taking problems and seeing them through to resolution with minimal supervision.
• Strong industry knowledge coupled with being a quick learner
• A strong track record of accurate requirements gathering leading to first time successful UAT and solution acceptance
