Business Change & Process Improvement Analyst - Lean - Home-Based (with travel required) - £40k
A project coordinator or project manager with knowledge on process improvement, change management and process design is required for a leading facilities management company - tasked with improving the face of the business as well as reducing process wastage internally.
The Business Change Manager will work closely with senior managers to uncover areas for improvement, then creatively provide solutions as well as work with the PMO team to enable successful implementation. They will work with a Lean Six Sigma methodology as well as Change Management methods.
