A highly complex challenge and add in it being part of a multi £m publicly significant transformation programme (6000+ publicly critical users) delivering a wide a range of new technologies across a large enterprise environment, this could be career defining.
As part of a wider Change function which provides audit, delivery and supporting business improvement initiatives you will take a leading position helping to shape up the Business Change function, ensuring successful delivery across the organisation.
You can therefore confidently demonstrate significant experience of working as a Business Change Manager, not simply the delivery of Projects/Programmes but developing and running a Business Change function. High levels of communication, negotiation and influencing skills including the ability to contribute value during meetings is a given as is stakeholder management.
