Job Description
I am recruiting for a CCM Specialist on behalf of a leading financial services company.
Working in the Customer Communications team you will be responsible for supporting and delivering changes to their document composition and workflow tools.
They will be migrating to the Quadient Inspire platform in the next 2 years so you will receive full training with their products.
It's essential that you have recent commercial experience with CCM Platforms such as Quadient, Doc1, Exstream, PReS, XMPie, Objectif Lune, SEFAS etc, great communication skills and the enthusiasm to develop new skills.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate competence in;
- Incident Management
- Control Models / QA
- Data Processing
- Engaging with external partners / suppliers
