Help our client ensure that their ICT systems, services, and underlying technology are designed, built, tested, and maintained to the exact nationally set security standards.
This is not a simple challenge; you will need to be a self-starter, resilient, able to handle complexity, consulting a department at the centre of both change and operations, working with committed professionals and supporting staff.
About you
You're a natural advisor to senior stakeholders and suppliers providing expert technical security leadership & assurance on all ICT-based projects along with other technical ICT activities.
A demonstrable track record as a Security Architect ideally with CISSP qualification, public sector experience is a bonus, not a clincher.
The purpose
You will be supporting and developing the initial Technical Roadmap by developing service security controls and solutions that support the business objectives.
Advise and provide assurance security related technology issues assessing risk and propose changes or mitigations.
Design and refine the service offerings and implementation in line with the transition roadmap.
Experience around our technological security, network and application in a similar context are desired.
- Review current security work undertaken.
- Review all current Warwickshire proposal outlining security requirements concerns and recommendations
- Develop relevant PSN/GRR accreditation support work
- Advise on security risks for future design proposals
- Provide assessment on any legacy technology solutions as required and the impact on the our design
