Job Description

Customer Service Officer (Complaints and enquires)
Fareham (Onsite)
£13 per hour (Before Inside IR35 Deductions)
Start: ASAP
6 Months
We are working with a central government client, a client going through a national survey piece. We are looking for a number of customer service agents / caseworkers to come on board and manage all incoming queries, resolve where possible and escalate if necessary.
The work is fast paced and is crucial in supporting the successful delivery of this vital survey. The role will include:
  1. Managing individual queries from customers.
  2. Identifying and resolving issues using the information available.
  3. Escalating queries of a more complex nature as required.
  4. Responding to participants by email, also contacting participants by phone where applicable.
Experience
  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, tailoring all communications to suit the audience
  2. Using Excel spread sheets to identify key information to help resolve queries
  3. Excellent attention to detail
  4. Experience of working 7 exceling in a customer service environment
  5. Ability to deal with wide ranging enquiries and follow through to resolution, along with the ability to develop solutions to address a problem
