Hybrid Customer Support Engineer Vacancy based in Manchester - Up to £45,000
Are you someone who is technical, an excellent communicator and thrives when presented with a problem that needs to be solved?
A vacancy has just opened for a Customer Support Engineer who will be the customers first port of call if they have any troubles with existing software. You will play a crucial role having the responsibility of maintaining the current software, troubleshooting and delivering permanent solutions.
You will have excellent communication skills, possessing the ability to simply translate technical requirements to none-technical customers, along with great knowledge of C# and .NET Frameworks.
It's a hybrid model and you will be expected to go into the office one day per week once it reopens in January.
