Senior Data Migration Lead | SuccessFactors

Initial 3 Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Rate Negotiable

The Role

You will be responsible for client data migration activities in relation to the existing HRIS systems as part of the SuccessFactors implementation programme.

You will help lead the Data team from a planning point of view, drive the workstream from knowledge of previous global implementations, help with slideware for presenting to the business, build of plans and then deep technical SuccessFactors knowledge in order to understand and populate the SF data load templates.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Data Migration workstream lead for the global programme
  • Prepare approaches, plans, methods/tools and communications materials in relation to the activities for extracting data from HRIS systems, converting that data into SuccessFactors-compatible formats, populating the relevant SuccessFactors templates ready for loading and validating the data that is loaded into SuccessFactors.
  • Compliance to relevant operational standards and methodology.
  • Ensure relevant DM documentation and trackers are kept up to date as applicable to extracting, converting and preparing data to be ready for loading into SuccessFactors
  • Assist the Program manager and the Data lead with Data Migration expertise, support Project Managers with planning Data Migration activities, report and raise issues proactively and escalate where required appropriately.
  • Lead global and local Data Migration Workshops on behalf of DM team.

Qualifications

  • Experience of at least one end to end multi-country SuccessFactors project in a data migration role
  • Experience of leading small teams
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll Data Migration Processes.
  • Functional knowledge of HR and Payroll concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and Payroll
  • Knowledge and experience of data conversion methods and tools, e.g. Excel, Access DB, etc
  • Knowledge and experience of HR data and data structures
  • Knowledge and experience with many of the following technologies:
  • WebMethods 9.2 - ESB
  • SQL
  • XSLT
  • Java
  • Ruby on Rails
  • MongoDB
  • Webservices (WSDL, REST)
  • Python (Spark)

Has a passport and is willing to travel for business purposes // Fluent Business English
