Are you a Deskside engineer that specialises in troubleshooting technical issues? Do you enjoy resolving either software or hardware related problems? Do you want to be a part of one of the biggest organisations in the country?

Requirements

• Ensure the timely resolution of second line IT issues
• Document root causes and implement remedies to prevent future incidents
• Roll out new desktops and laptops to staff as appropriate
• Carry out site visits to resolve issues for both operational and non-operational teams

• Windows 10
• Microsoft365
• Office365
• Experience of working with large Users
• 2nd Line Support
• Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Ensuring network security is up to date
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
