Desktop & Server Support Administrator
The Role

We are currently recruiting a Desktop & Server Support Administrator for TransVault, a Microsft Gold Partner software company based in Clevedon, North Somerset - Just outside Bristol, minutes from the M5 and with flexible working available.
TransVault is a well established company that is growing rapidly, they are looking for someone with the ability to both maintain existing systems and accounts, supporting internal users with their everyday issues, reacting swiftly and decisively to technical escalations, whilst also driving change, in the form of the introduction of new or the upgrading of existing systems or hardware.
If you are an experienced Systems Administrator, 2nd Line Support or 3rd Line Support or similar this could be the role for you!
We are looking for attitude as well as aptitude and training is available to increase your skillset if necessary. You will build on your experience in a wide range of technologies that may include:
Microsoft Office 365 Administration
Microsoft Active Directory
Issue diagnosis & problem solving
3rd line Windows server support
User Windows desktop support
Training & coaching end users in how to use systems and resolve their IT problems
Experience in working with virtual environments
Basic Networking (e.g. VLAN, firewall, etc.)
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Azure services [Web Apps, VMs]
Windows desktop application deployment
Microsoft Direct Access / WTG (Windows to Go) implementation & support
The working hours will be 9.00 - 17.30 UK time
