2nd Line Support Analyst - Field Engineer / Win 10 / Desktop Support - Central London - £35k
2nd Line Support Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst with Windows 10 / Windows 7 / XP support experience (and happy to travel to difference client sites as a field engineer) required for an international leading digital communications company
The role is purely desktop support based, focusing on troubleshooting, support, rollouts, migrations and upgrades of desktop specific applications (Win10, Win 7, XP) as well as Active Directory configuration and support work (DNA, DHCP, Group Policies etc).
The support will be supporting various levels of seniority with their internal users (it is not a managed service role, however the work is similar as you'll be working on various sites in and around London) therefore you'll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
