We’re looking for a skilled professional to help integrate and enhance security measures across our DevOps practices, working closely within both BAU and project environments.

Role Overview:

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for embedding security practices into our development and operations workflows. You will work alongside project teams and BAU operations to ensure that security is integrated at every stage of the software development lifecycle. Your expertise will help us maintain high security standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in PaaS and IaaS, particularly in IaaS to PaaS migration, and experience in both Windows and Linux OS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Migrate and refactor IaaS to PaaS.
• Work with networking, databases, integration/APIs, and software development.
• Develop and maintain DevOps processes using Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines.
• Implement containerisation with Docker.
• Ensure security best practices are integrated into the DevOps processes.

Essential Skills:

• Expertise in Azure (PaaS and IaaS).
• Experience with Windows and Linux OS, networking, SQL, and Postgres.
• Proficiency in Jenkins/Ansible, Docker, ARM (Bicep), PowerShell, GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Background in software development (.NET, Java, Python) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices.
