Digital Customer Experience Manager - Remote/Nottingham - £55k - Fixed Term Contract

We are currently looking for a skilled digital professional to join a growing organisation based in Nottingham but with full flexibility for this to be a remote position.
Role responsibilities:
Working directly with the digital director to define the delivery of online experiences
Collaboration with internal staff and 3rd party agencies understanding brand value and upholding brand standards
Owning the Customer Experience plan including optimisation
Contributing to the vision and roadmap
Leading and project managing new experience requirements
Launching campaigns and new propositions
Working alongside the digital team, development team, SME's and 3rd parties
Experience required:
Extensive experience working with internal teams and digital marketing agencies
Excellent reporting/analysis skills
Previous work history with Google Analytics
Knowledge of SEO/Paid search
Retail background
