Paying £400 - £450 per day

Are you an experienced NHS Programme Manager with expertise across the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and clinical systems environment? My client is looking to appoint a contractor for an initial 3+month contract, but this programme will run for a very good duration.

Purpose of the role:

• To lead the early stages of a significant electronic patient record programme for an NHS organisation
• Lead on early life cycle procurement activity for an EPR solution
• Deliver development and secure approval of the Outline Business Case and Full Business Case for the new EPR
• Stakeholder engagement and performing senior level reporting

Experience needed:

• You must have relevant NHS experience
• You must have strong experience in the EPR environment delivering end to end solutions
• A successful track record of leading EPR programmes within the NHS / health sector
• Expertise in delivering business cases and securing approval
• Experience of mobilising programme teams
• Supplier, vendor and external stakeholder management
• A deep knowledge of clinical systems integration, networks and technology infrastructure
