Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce / Sales Strategy / Commercial Strategy / Permanent / M4 Corridor / Eire / Expensed Travel

£80 - £100K (Depending on Experience)

I am working exclusively with a leading Pharmaceutical Business who are looking to hire a Head of Marketing on a permanent basis. Head of Marketing:

  • Degree level education (MBA or degree in digital marketing preferred)
  • 5+ years experience of digital marketing in a commercial organisation, ideally in International Healthcare
  • Experience of B2B and B2C lead generation and nurturing, ideally in international healthcare
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Planning skills
  • Management skills and strong team player

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Customer Service mentality
  • Tolerance of ambiguity and flexibility
  • Manage online business including Digital Marketing and e-commerce functions.
  • Line management of Digital Commercial Function including content and e-commerce
  • Lead timely content creation and optimise digital levers to generate awareness, drive content to client channels and maximise conversion.
  • Lead PR campaigns in relevant markets
  • Run CRM and subscription programs in retain and increase enrollment in the loyalty program
  • Manage pricing and promotions to ensure profitable sales in partnership with Pricing Committee
  • Develop innovative packaging designed to maximise conversion and differentiate from the competition.
  • Ensure co-ordination of artwork with agencies and partners to ensure on-time production
  • Produce updated forecasts (online and partner) as required by the business reporting cycle
  • Prepare sales and digital metrics reports (online sales and partner sales). Use metrics from Digital to optimise spend.
  • Develop & deliver performance dashboards for Senior management on a timely basis
  • Organise business update meetings as required
  • Support review of partner marketing plans
  • In depth analysis of international partner markets for clients portfolio identifying key trends, PEST factors and defining SWOT for the International business plan
  • Conduct on-going Market research to inform and monitor the progress of the plan and optimise customer experience
  • Manage third party agencies to deliver cost effective projects aligned with marketing strategy.
  • Preparation of agency briefs and appointment of agencies
  • Establish relevant KPI's for agency management
