1st Line Support/Help Desk/Service Desk Analyst
Is problem solving in your nature? Do you have experience within 1st Line Support?
My client is looking for an energetic individual to join their growing business, they deliver a world class IT services that transform user experience of Law Firms and Chambers. As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the end user base with all 1st Line and some 2nd Line queries whilst maintaining a high degree of customer service when responding to these incidents and service requests.
Technology wise you will have experience of Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server 2012-2016, Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory. Doing general PC Maintenance will also play a huge part within this job role so you will have 2+ years' experience doing this. If you have any networking knowledge or experience working with Citrix this would definitely be a bonus!
