Service Desk Analyst/1st Line Support
£110-£130 per day INSIDE IR35

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be required to resolve 1st line support issues, logging tickets and escalating issues where required making sure SLA's are met. You will effectively manage any incidents received and making recommendations and work arounds to provide customers with a swift return to service.
Customer Service skills are important in this role and you will always put customers and their needs first! Technology wise you will have experience working with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suites. You will have IT Knowledge and be able to deal with 1st line queries.
This organisation are based in North Manchester and you will be required to be in the office around 3 days per week!
