HR and People Manager - Global Organisation
Talent International have partnered exclusively with Red Box to support their business through a period of high growth to hire a HR Manager.
Red Box is a global leader of voice capture solutions with their fundamental purpose being to capture all voice communications from source via a highly open, resilient and flexible platform solution.
Red Box are recruiting for an experienced HR and People Manager to own and execute on day to day HR activities and to define and implement an on-going programme of people activities.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Building a high performing culture
Supporting the ongoing personal development of the Red Box leadership group
Partnering with senior operational staff and the Red Box Executive to establish and roll-out people-related strategy
Collaborating with global business managers to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective
Collaborating with global business managers to bring to life the Employee Value Proposition
Defining and implementing the framework for Red Box recruitment, onboarding and ongoing personal development and performance, ensuring that these are aligned with local laws
Ensuring that the compensation framework, wider benefits and conditions package and recruitment plans attract and retain high quality team members
Providing people related reports, including reporting on people related metrics and proactively making recommendations and implementing plans for improvement
Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs etc
Managing payroll, benefits and pension scheme service providers, and liaising with the Finance team who process payroll.
Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.
Managing talent pools and succession plans to ensure the company can continue to operate smoothly at all times
MCIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a HR/People Manager
Proven experience of HR systems and related processes
A proven track record of success in leading and executing on people related initiatives
An in-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation
Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
A strong working knowledge of the IT Industry
Experience of working with global teams and global employment legislation ideally with a good knowledge of the US market
