My client are a renowned health and well-being organisation who have experienced a strong period of growth in 2020. They're looking to add a new person to their ever growing IT department based in Warrington.
Some of the core duties in this role:
Working in a broad hands-on role supporting technical IT infrastructure
Act as a point of escalation to Helpdesk Analysts and support them in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Support the IT departmental policies for the organisation which includes all service delivery matters, technological matters, hardware and software procurement & IT services sourcing.
Assist with the creation of support documentation for our internal knowledge base
A strong knowledge and understanding of Hyper V management and maintenance.
Worked in a virtualised/hosted environment
Sold experience of Microsoft Server technologies and associated services, including Server 2012, 2016 and 2019.
A good level of networking knowledge, from a troubleshooting and routing perspective. Basic switch configuration knowledge would be desirable.
Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Sites / Services and native replication technologies.
