Role Overview: We are seeking an Integration & API Development Specialist responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and system interfaces across various software platforms, applications, and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, implement, and maintain APIs and web services to ensure seamless integration between diverse platforms.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Record Management System interfaces, integration’s, and extracts using both cloud and on-premise tools.
  • Implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions for Record Management Systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integration’s and data flow.
  • Ensure all integrations are highly available, fault-tolerant, and performing as expected.
  • Create detailed technical documentation for all integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, software developers, database administrators, business analysts, and external vendors, to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Communicate integration strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for API-related issues and provide knowledge transfer to other staff.
  • Ensure all APIs and integrations adhere to security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in API development, systems integration, and middleware development.
  • Proficiency with integration tools and platforms.
  • Strong experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Extensive knowledge of C# as a programming language.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
