International Marketing Manager / Market Research / Digial Marketing / E Commerce / Digital Content / Berkshire / Permanent

£55 - £75K Depensing on Experience

I am working exclusively with a leading Pharmaceutical Business who are looking to hire an International Marketing Manager on a permanent basis. International Marketing Manager Specification:

  • Degree level education
  • 5 years experience of digital sales and marketing in a commercial organisation, ideally in Healthcare
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Planning skills
  • Strong team player
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Definition of international marketing strategy and annual tactical programme to support revenue growth of launched products.
  • Definition of KPI's for the International business and monthly reporting against a management dashboard
  • Develop and secure approval for a range of materials to support partners promotional efforts (slide decks, monographs, details aids, leave pieces, digital content etc)
  • Co-ordinate the development and approval of partners own promotional materials covering all communication channels in line with agreed SOP
  • Support development of training materials for new and exisiting partners for salesforce training
  • Manage artwork process for international markets to ensure on time delivery
  • Content from UK/Ire can also be recycled for these markets.
  • This may include liaison with local Distributor partner and management of online sales plans with them.
  • Personal responsibility for management of activity for product
  • Digital insights and resulting actions are developed in partnership with the e-commerce team
  • Secure updated forecasts as required by the business reporting cycle
  • Prepare partner sales reports in conjunction with IBDM
  • Conduct Market research
  • Support client in development of internal forecasts
  • Support review of partner marketing plans
