IT Manager/Senior IT Technician

Position: IT Manager – European Region

My client, a leader in the fashion space known for innovative brands in athleisure and lingerie, is seeking a skilled IT Manager for their European operations. This role will be based in their dynamic Berlin office.

Role Overview:

As the IT Manager for the European Region, you will be a a hands-on manager, providing essential IT support across multiple brands. Your mission will be to ensure seamless technical operations, enhance user support, and drive continuous service improvement. We would also prefer candidates with systems administrator experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Service Desk functions, including incident resolution and user support.
• Manage and solve tickets yourself.
• Develop strategies for process improvement, automation, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure the high performance of IT services in line with business objectives.
• Provide robust technical support and manage service desk operations.
• Lead IT projects, asset management, and contribute to team success.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years in an IT technical role with management experience preferred.
• Proficient in IT infrastructure, systems, and service management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
