Salary: Up to £90,000 + Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Benefits
The Challenge
We are supporting a growing technology business to find an IT Project Manager to oversee all IT-related elements of multiple projects.
Your Mission
- Act as primary liaison between IT, construction, architects, facilities, and contractors.
- Ensure IT requirements are embedded from design through to operational handover.
- Oversee installation of infrastructure
- Develop and maintain IT-specific project plans & RAID logs
- Partner and engage with leadership, end-users, technical teams and business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate into actionable plans.
- Manage external suppliers to ensure technical and contractual compliance.
What You Bring
- Experience as an IT Project Manager in large-scale construction development projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: networking, AV, security systems, data centres, and end-user tech.
- Familiarity with smart building technologies and modern workspace integration.
