IT Service Delivery Manager
I'm working with an ambitious business who are invested in their plans to accelerate their offering in the market. This includes transforming the way they do business, cultivating technology and adapting their people internally.
As the IT Service Delivery Manager you will be the point of contact and escalation for operational IT services. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers, and for continually improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT services delivered. You will build key relationships and deliver quality.
To be successful in this position you will have proven experience working as a Service Delivery Manager or equivalent within an ITIL Environment, as well as experience of working closely with third-party suppliers and stakeholders to enable continuous improvement. You will be able to build lasting relationships as well as influence decisions.
Customer Service is something that is pivotal to this organisation so coming from a customer-facing background would be extremely beneficial. If you have any ITIL Qualifications that would also be advantageous!
You will be required to be in the office 2 days per week so you must be a commutable distance to North Manchester.
