IT Service Operations - Service Delivery - 365 - Azure - Infrastructure - G Suite
We are currently looking for Service Managers to join our public sector client based in central Glasgow on a perm basis.
The Service Manager will manage the service delivery of information and communications technology (ICT) services and work closely with teams from service operations, ensuring business relationships within the organisations delivery. Experience with O65 migrations and Azure/Cloud experience.
Salary up to £64,000 + Excellent benefits package including civil service pension scheme.
* Manage the service delivery of information and communications technology (ICT) services, supporting, managing and maintaining the infrastructure solutions that underpin these services
* Ensure business relations within the organisation are managed to enable delivery of ICT services
* Manage the day to day delivery of ICT products and services, ensuring that these and the suppliers and vendors come together to deliver a holistic, customer centric IT service
* Ensure that service asset and configuration items are properly controlled, and that accurate and reliable information about these assets is available when needed Key outputs and deliverables
* Creation of business-focused service portfolio focused on business outcomes and strategic value which is continuously improved
* Service Delivery and Operations strategy and value chain
* Workplace experience strategy
* KPI's and metrics, SLAs, performance measures and reporting across Service Delivery and Operations Teams
