A technology company in central Bristol with a great culture are looking to add a IT Support Manager to their growing team.
This is a newly created role that offers the opportunity to put your stamp on the business from an early stage with a built-in progression path as the business continues to grow.
You will be managing a small team of five 2nd Line Support Engineers, creating new business processes, and monitoring the day-to-day running of their software offering.
ITIL experience is essential for this role and if you have knowledge of SQL and regression testing, that is a plus.
