  • Between 57 sites between Ross-on-Wye and Telford
  • £230 per day outside IR35

** MUST have valid UK Driving License ** Active NPPV3 vetting desired **

Our critical public service client is currently going through an organisation wide Digital Services Transformation. Moving away from unstructured legacy technology, organisational structures, under investment and an inconsistent understanding, the programme is working to modernise and streamline the way users work. This is a critical time for the ICT support services to efficiently and effectively to deliver a quality end to end ICT service and we need you!

The role:

  • To work across 57 sites, between Ross-on-Wye and Telford
  • Reviews and equipment checks for WiFi installations and upgrades in process onsite
  • Logging / proving correct installation of upgraded cabinets
  • To provide up to 2nd line level support capability to carry out customer incident resolutions, invoking external support as necessary
  • Respond to and resolve incidents involving ICT services, systems and related equipment used at the workplace and provide assistance to users

Skills Required:

  • A valid UK driving license (comfortable travelling throughout areas between Ross-on-Wye and Telford)
  • Excellent technical experience of pcs and desktop hardware/software
  • A positive 'can do' attitude and flexibility in taking on a broad range of IT responsibilities and tasks at short notice
  • The ability to remain calm and controlled and maintain high performance within a mission critical service delivery environment
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
