Job Description

Talent are working with a Leicester based technology business who are looking for a Junior Systems Analyst and a Systems to come on board and help with analysis, documentation and producing technical requirements for a range of bespoke software systems.

You will have ownership of the design and implementation of a variety of medium / enterprise scale projects and products that interact with hundreds of thousands of people in a proactive and technology driven environment.

The key aspects of the experienced Systems Analyst role include:

  • Relationship management and liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Gathering and validating technical requirements
  • Experience working in and designing systems in a .NET environment (the team use ASP.NET MVC currently)
  • Understanding quality and reviewing code where possible

You'll be a great fit for role if are a business analyst who has a development background or if you are currently a developer who is looking to move into more of a business or systems analyst role.

For the Junior role, we are ideally looking for somebody who has a degree in a related Computer Science subject, somebody who is working in a similar role currently or somebody who has some exposure to working in a development environment but potentially looking for a move into a more analysis for focused role.

In return as a Junior Systems Analyst you will get a salary of £25,000 and for the Systems Analyst you'll get a salary up to £45,000 and you'll work in a remote / flexible environment.

You will need to UK based and ideally be local to Leicester initially, but if you are open to being in Leicester when required this role can be done remotely in the long term. You'll also get some great tailored training which is paid for by the business, career progression and a pension scheme.
