Working Model: London once a month

Rate: £400 – £450 / day

Company Overview:

I’m working with a leading technology consultancy specialising in delivering cutting-edge cloud and identity solutions. They work with enterprise-level clients to drive digital transformation, enhance security, and optimise business operations through the Microsoft Identity stack. They are seeking an experienced M365 Identity Consultant to join their team on a 6 month contract basis.

Role Overview:

As an M365 Identity Consultant, you will be a key player in delivering innovative Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Identity technologies, including M365, Azure AD (Entra), and Active Directory, to support clients in both pre-sales and delivery capacities. This role also involves driving content creation, IP capture, and proposition development, demonstrating thought leadership in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement medium to large-scale Identity & Access Management (IDAM) solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor in pre-sales engagements, working closely with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored identity solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge in the Microsoft Identity stack, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365, and authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID.
• Governance and Assurance: Oversee technical governance and provide assurance for digital identity architecture solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards.
• Design and deliver hybrid and cloud-based identity solutions, aligning with client environments and strategic goals.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to present solutions, manage expectations, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Identity Consultant with a track record of designing and implementing IDAM solutions at scale.
• Microsoft Identity Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Identity stack, including Active Directory, AD (Entra), and familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID).
• Experience with Azure working on similar projects.
• Experience in delivering complex Identity & Access Management architecture solutions in both hybrid and cloud environments.
• Expertise in providing technical governance and assurance for identity solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
