Overview:

As a Network Engineer, you will work as a member of the Specialist Technical Support Team, providing high-level technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective ICT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support in the areas of routing, switching, enterprise firewalls, VPN, load balancing, web proxies, and remote access solutions.

  • Apply security principles to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our network infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network solutions.

  • Supervise and mentor team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our services remain at the forefront of innovation.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in routing and switching, enterprise firewalls, VPN, load balancing, web proxies, and remote access solutions.

  • Strong understanding of security principles and their application in a network environment.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Citrix NetScaler, Zscaler, MS Azure, virtualization platforms like VMWare/Hyper-V, and SD-WAN.
