How would you feel about working for an ISP/MSP who are also a Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet & Microsoft Partner? I ask as this company are now looking to hire a Networks Technical Trainer due to the growth of their business.

This is a permanent opportunity based in London where you would be expected to be in the office on a hybrid basis.

  • Specialise in the following areas – Networking, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, Data Centre/Colocation, Network Security, SD-WAN, Connectivity
  • Offices Locations in London, Manchester & New York
  • Some Household Name Clients include Channel 4, NHS, Costa Coffee, Virgin Atalantic and more

The Role:

  • “Networks Technical Trainer”
  • Create & Maintain Training Documents & Materials
  • Lead Development of Skilled NOC Engineers (1st, 2nd & 3rd Line)
  • Ensure Smooth Operations, Maintenance & Development of Client Networks
  • Manage Training Roadmaps
  • Identify Areas of Improvement
  • Conduct Training Sessions with Small/Medium Sized Group

Skills & Experiences Required:

  • Previous Technical Trainer or Instructor Experience
  • Cisco and/or Juniper Background
  • Routing & Switching – MPLS, BGP, OSPF
  • Network Security – Fortinet/FortiGate
  • Be able to operate at CCNP level (Certification not expected)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Networks Technical Expertise

Location:

  • City of London (Hybrid)

The Package:

  • Up to £85,000 Basic Salary
  • Quarterly Bonus (5% – 10%)
