Job Description

Project Coordinator / Administrator - Excel / PMO - Surbiton - £35k

A global facilities management, asset management and data-driven business have begun going through a huge amount of organizational, process and business change and are looking for a Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer to help support their delivery on various mission critical process changes in the business.

The Project Coordinator / Project Administrator will work with the Senior Leadership team, be the first point of contact for any management change requests, provide project updates, reporting and general communication (e-mail, phone, video, face to face) where necessary and take on generic administrative duties. They work within a Prince2 framework so any experience of this is beneficial.

Ideally the successful candidate will still have a bit to learn, and not "seen it, done it and bought the t-shirt", the person will grow into the role. However, they will have an aspiration to be a Project Manager in the future.

This is NOT an IT Project-Led vacancy, although you may be required to jump on a couple of projects every now and again.

The projects and programmes of work are MASSIVELY important to the new direction and change of the business so you will add massive amounts of value and be seen as a very valuable member of the business.

Due to the exciting nature of the role, this position will be filled very quickly. So apply now to avoid missing out!
