Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst - Excel / Project Management - Surbiton - £35k
A global facilities management, asset management and data-driven business have begun going through a huge amount of organizational, process and business change and are looking for a Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to help support their delivery on various mission critical process changes in the business.
The PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator will work with the Senior Leadership team, be the first point of contact for any management change requests, provide project updates, reporting and general communication (e-mail, phone, video, face to face) where necessary and take on generic administrative duties. They work within a Prince2 framework so any experience of this is beneficial.
Ideally the successful candidate will still have a bit to learn, and not "seen it, done it and bought the t-shirt", the person will grow into the role. However, they will have an aspiration to be a Project Manager in the future.
This is NOT an IT Project-Led vacancy, although you may be required to jump on a couple of projects every now and again.
