Administrative Support Office - Fully Remote Working
Fully remote working anywhere in the UK
Working with a division of central government, we are currently recruiting an Administrative Support Officer. Responsible for the assistance and administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
Performing general administrative duties, ensuring the project runs smoothly.
Setting up, managing and rescheduling meetings;
Booking rooms and hospitality;
Support for meeting, including:
Producing draft agendas and papers;
Chasing actions from meetings and updating action logs;
Sending out agendas, minutes and papers.
Maintaining and monitoring the shared inboxes, responding to requests and enquiries appropriately;
Participation in team meetings and other events;
Other general administrative tasks in support of the team
Must have :
Good communication Skill, verbal and written
Able to meet deadlines
Organised and priorities your work
Able to interact with people of all levels and Ability to organise and priorities work
Must be able to work independently
