Do you want to work in a rapidly growing AI software company?

I am currently recruiting for an AI Software company who are looking to expanding their Sales team due to increased business.

You will be required to cold prospect new companies as well as follow up marketing qualified leads from trades shows and other marketing activity.

Product training is provided, but the individual must be confident, driven, proactive and tenacious with a desire to learn and progress

You will also work very closely with the Sales manager providing support on preparing reports and dealing with clients whilst adding value to the service that we offer.

Key Skills Required

  • 6-12 months sales experience
  • You have previously worked as a Business Development Representative, Telesales Executive or similar role
  • You have a proven track record of achieving qualified meeting targets based on sales accepting your meetings
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • You have excellent tele-prospecting and qualifications and can build long term relationships with prospects
  • A hands-on approach to problem solving; identifying issues and using initiative and available resources to generate recommendations
  • Ability to work as a part of a team, contributing and sharing best practises/ knowledge / resources and ideas
  • Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities by networking with client's joint ventures, parent companies and subsidiaries
  • Take client briefs and develop new business proposals, encompassing a wide range of the client's products and services
  • Maintain responsibility for profitable business growth within client portfolio. Achieve a % year on year growth in sales for your portfolio as agreed with the Director
  • Ensure all CRM procedures and audits are followed and completed
  • Always make sure that correct procedures are followed when completing update client information
