Job Description

As a certified trader on the London stock exchange with customers and partners UK wide, ensuring that customer, partner and client service is at the highest standard is paramount to the success and growth of the business.

A channel sales manager is requires to support the business development function in aiding in bringong on new business, whilst maintaining the existing client and partner network

As a suitable candidate, you will have:

  • Extensive sales/business development experience, some of which will ideally have been gained in a Channel/Partnership Sales
  • Experience in technical / hardware sales
  • The cabability to generate new business - be capable of developing new leads through own initiatives
  • Previous exposure to working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales goals
  • Willing to travel UK wide (and possibly further) on a regular basis

On a day to day basis, you will be:

  • Managing and developing existing dealer/reseller networks and relationships to increase hardware sales and offering the broad range of complete solutions available
  • Working closely with partners to assist in closing sales - bid assistance, appointment making, client presentations etc
  • Partnering with the marketing team to ensure customers have relevant sales collateral and participate in trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Researching, qualifying and developing suitable new opportunities to help grow the network
  • Negotiating and renewing commercial agreements within agreed parameters
  • Managing new partner clients - you will be responsible for onbaording all partners and ensuring they have the correct product information and training
