I am working with an innovative Marketing Services company, to find a Digital Platform Specialist.
You will be working closely with their Client Services team to provide technical expertise on their Email & SMS Platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), digital products and best practice.
We are looking for a tech-savvy professional who enjoys engaging with clients and who is skilled at explaining technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.
You must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email journey building, AB/Multivariate testing and Campaign Automation.
Responsibilities
- Be the SME for Salesforce Marketing Cloud along with other CMS products.
- Provide support to clients, both directly and via client services
- Day to Day management of Email / SMS platforms
- Provide consultancy around client needs for Digital Transformation
