I'm recruiting on behalf of a growing health tech company based in Bradford. They've recently secured new investment which will help propel their products to the next level. The industry is thriving and digitalizing the health care is the future.
We're looking for someone who can be the customer facing support person, you'll be handling customer queries, end to end, ensuring the customer service aspect is top notch!
Not only this, you'll be responsible for the internal database and systems, this will include heavy liaison with development teams, extracting data from their MongoDB built database and bespoke software.
It's a varied and brand new role. Perfect for someone who can see themselves truly owning a mini service support department. Progression is opportunity is realistic and can expect the need to recruit some more support staff, meaning you will become the lead within 12 - 18 months.
