Job Description

Are you a hands on Senior .NET Software Engineer wanting to make an impact in the SaaS space? Or are you a Software Engineer who is interested in stepping up into a senior role for the first time?

You'll be working as an integral part of a distributed engineering team with an office in Manchester to work on the to plan and drive technical strategy, pairing with other engineers in the team to develop high quality software and to promote best practice around test driven development and Agile.

This role is weighted more towards the back end so ideally you'll be hands on with Microsoft technologies, such as .NET Core, C#, .NET Framework, Git, microservices, WebAPI, JavaScript, Azure (e.g. DevOps, Storage, PaaS) and you'll have commercial experience working in environments who utilise OOP, SOLID, TDD and CI / CD. Don't be put off if you don't have experience with all of the tech mentioned if you can demonstrate picking new technologies up quickly and if you're eager to learn the technologies listed.

You'll need to be UK based, eligible to work in the UK and be able to commute to Manchester at short notice for planning meetings, workshops and socials. This is likely to be approx. 20% of the year but outside of that you can work from wherever you feel most comfortable and productive.

There's a salary between £60,000 and £90,000 plus opportunities to progress in a fast paced scale up environment working flexibly and remotely unless you need to be in the office for team based activities (approx. 20% of the year).
