Join a dynamic and impactful team dedicated to driving positive change within the public sector. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects that enhance public services and contribute to the well-being of communities.
As a Technical Project Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- IT Project Management: Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Third-Party Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet performance standards and deliverables.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to public sector governance frameworks and compliance regulations, with a focus on risk management and transparency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while delivering high-quality, impactful IT solutions.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, ensuring project teams are aligned with project goals and timelines.
As a IT Project Manager you will have the following experience:
- Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects within the public sector.
- Strong experience in managing third-party suppliers and contractors.
- In-depth understanding of governance frameworks, compliance regulations, and risk management in the public sector.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly desirable.
- Experience with public sector procurement processes is a plus.
