Providing you have a background with the following technologies you'll be able to make an impact - .NET Core, C#, .NET Framework, Version Control (Git / Mercurial), TDD, OOP, SOLID, Team City, micro services, Azure and React but don't be put off if you don't have experience with all of the tech mentioned, as this role is in R&D you'll be working with loads of other technologies too!
You'll need to be able to communicate abstract and ideas and solutions clearly to the team in a collaborative and inclusive environment where innovation and change is embraced, where everybody is working together to achieve shared goals. You'll be a leader who paves the way for other developers whilst adding genuine value to the product teams.

You'll also get dedicated days for learning and conferences, pension, gym membership, private medical and dental insurance, 23 days with the option to buy and sell 3 days, access to a share plan plus much more.
