Senior Service Desk/2nd Line Support

As an Senior Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the technology within the organisation, providing 2nd/3rd line support to their employees and you will play a key role in the delivery of IT Projects.
Technology wise you will have experience of Windows Server Administration as well as understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS). If you have had any exposure to SQL Server or AWS this would be bonus and extremely beneficial.
