Add in it being part of a multi £m publicly significant transformation programme (6000+ publicly critical users) delivering a wide a range of new technologies across a large enterprise environment, it should be career defining.
Your're comfortable with taking end to end accountability for delivering a highly effective design of digital service delivery, developing Digital Services' customer service designs, including the delivery of relevant service architectures to support the strategic transition of business solutions into production.
As part of the enterprise design practice to identify impact on service architecture and user service experience you will collaborates closely with the Architecture Team, Customer Service Manager/Supplier Relationship Manager to define service objectives, commercial arrangements, service levels and other performance indicators.
You can therefore confidently demonstrate significant experience of architecting technology based service solutions in in a similar large complex multi-faceted organisation. High level of communication, negotiation and influencing skills including the ability to contribute value during meetings is a given as is stakeholder management.
