Job Description
Talent are partnered with a key educational organization based in Manchester who recruiting a Service Delivery Manager to join the wider IT Division.
You're needed in this role to provide leadership to incidents, project delivery, and end to end operations.
Some day to day duties include:
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor agreed SLAs
- Advocate continuous improvement in performance metrics across service improvement, service delivery and operations
- Oversee ITIL maturity and incident, problem and change initiatives
Skills required:
- Experience in IT Service Management
- ITIL Knowledge and execution
- Experience working in technical operations, full lifecycle environment from design to transition through to operation and improvement

This will be a hybrid working position with an expectation to be on site in Manchester 2 days per week.
